Designed with natural tones and modern touches, our project, unlike the classic housing typology, combines the joy of Antalya's city life with the joy of vacation.

Our project, consisting of four blocks with a total living area of 61,528 m², consists of three blocks designed entirely for comfortable and luxurious residences, and the fourth block houses the Radisson Antalya and Novva Hotels.

Our project comprises three blocks of internationally standard residences, totaling 150 residences, 165 hotel rooms under our Novva Hotels brand, and 158 hotel rooms under our Radisson Hotel Antalya brand. It is designed to include a comprehensive healthcare clinic under the Medicare Health & Travel brand.
